Test Connector Companion Switches

About a year ago there was some discussion about the test connector beneath the steering wheel and the 3 adjacent switches. Did we ever come up with an explanation as to the purpose of those switches? I have one that is a two position maintained, one that is a three position center maintained that has rocker detentes going both directions, and one that is maintained down with a momentary up rocker detente. Just curious!

Just got off the phone with Charlie at Spartan and he gave me the functions of the mysterious 3 switches. I have a feeling the 2004 Mountain Master chassis is the only one with these switches but don't know this for sure.

The two position maintained switch controls engine diagnostics

The three position center maintained momentary up/down switch is used to increase/decrease engine idle.

The two position momentary up switch controls Anti-Lock Braking diagnostics. (Hold for 2 seconds to activate the anti-lock light blinking cycle that defines a two digit fault code.)
