Morning all colonial RV in Lakewood NJ selling 06... What's everyones take on it .... Bays were unlocked looked clean except battery compartment metal trays were rusted lock on entry door missing (hole) tires like they need to be replaced no warranty obviously .

Door lock missing sounds like a repo. Figure on $10,000 for what you know will need to be done (replace tires & batteries, trans fluid change, engine & genny oil change, all filters, hydro-hot service & probably change its boiler fluid, chassis lube). Run all slides out. Check for x-bracing added between cargo bays, and if none, add $2000 to expenses in order to get it done.

Low ball the seller, and you either have a bit of a project to get it cherry or you're lucky and it's already there! Either way you have a great machine that was a bargain.
