Need some advise. What is everyone else seeing as wholesale values on there Travel Supremes. I was offered 140k from three different dealers on a fully loaded 2006 TS select DL24. U can imagine what I said. What have others encountered. And have you seen banks renegotiate? We are still having issues post X bracing from the factory with the windows either cracking or popping, we did not know to ask about this second modification with the X bracing at the time. Our unit was at the factory when they actually locked the gates and went out of business

Hello,

I am presently looking at DP's and am finding those that are selling are going for low book or up to 20% behind low book.

On a 2006 M-45DL24 the book shows $217,050 so take that or 20% less and that will be close to actual selling price in today's market.

2006 Travel Supreme SELECT Series M-45DL24-500HP - 45' Standard Equipment, Prices & Specs - NADAguides

Thus the buy bid of $140,000 is pretty close to wholesale value.

Unfortunately - it is a very good buyers market.....I bought a tandem below low book with only 25,000 miles on it. I made ma
ny offers on coaches that guys turned down. Over twelve months later the same coaches are still sitting on there lots marked down $20,000 below what I offered them. If you find a buyer - you maybe better take advantage of the opportunity to sell them.

Check with Essex Credit for refinancing. You can do it online.

Good Luck,

Mortgage companies are not being very helpful with new loans or short sales on homes, so I doubt if a bank will be helpful on a motorhome. You may have to suck it up and put some cash with it to get rid of it or keep it. You will have to shop hard to find a refinance since you are up -side down.
