slabman,

Yes, I did support the harness with wire ties but now I think it might be the connection at the monitor.
Oh, and I just looked up the magnadyne and GPS is available as an option. Pretty pricey package I imagine.

It has a GPS module option, but I have the 7710 so I didn't order the GPS module.

It will also play DVDs but the screen is too small for me.

Hi Dennis,
You may already know this (so forgive me for butting with useless info if that's the case) but that M1-LCD of yours has outputs so you can use the DVD on your big TV as well. Some Monaco's were originally built with the M9900DVDS Dash stereo which also functioned as the DVD player to the home theater system in the overhead. (Even though the M9900DVDS looks like a regular old stereo with no LCD screen) In these cases the dash stereo was wired from the factory with a/v outputs from the dash to the switching box in the overhead. As you so know first hand, switching from any M9900 series to an M1-LCD is easy because the Din size is the same, but in cases like I mention above, using the home theater features of the M1-LCD maybe even easier than it seems because the a/v cables from the overhead may already exist in the dash. Again, my apologies if this is all old news!

April

Did not know that. I'll log that away in case current DVD player ever goes out, I have a built in backup.

Thanks for the tip. You guys just never stop with the customer service.

BTW, April is the one who got me the sweet deal on the Magnadyne M1-LCD. https://recreationnation.me/drupal/[QUOTE=RecNation;1038652]
