Hello,

I am starting my search for a 1 or 2 slide pusher. Probably in the 2001-2003 year model area.

What years/models needed the X Bracing for the windshield problem?

Presently have a '96 Safari that is bullet proof. Wife wants a slide, so need something with solid wood and all the nice stuff, just on a slim budget.

Thanks Jim

I have a 38' with four slides (Mountain Master chassis) and have had no issues. From what I have read, it appears the problems that required the X-bracing seem to be more common on the larger rigs with the K-2 and K-3 chassis. In any case, I think you will find TS produced a well built rig and you are able to get quite a bit for your dollar. Good luck with your search.

I think they started the bracing from the factory in 2007 or 2008, so any K2 chassis before that should be braced.
