We travelled from California to Atlanta to pick up our 2017 Anthem from NIRVC and after the experience we had - would not even consider dealing with anyone else anywhere. NIRVC, Angie, and crew were fantastic! Every single person we dealt with went above and beyond to make sure we were happy - and we were. We spent a lot of time researching the coach we wanted then contacted several dealers to get the best deal we could. We ended up with NIRVC and after we had signed the order and sent in our deposit we found iRV2 and saw the comments here about NIRVC and our sales person - Angie. This made us feel good about our decision, but nothing compared to the actual experience we had. Sure we could have bought an Entegra from a dealer closer to Southern California, but from the experiences we had "shopping" it was well worth the trip to Atlanta. I cannot say enough good things about everyone we dealt with at NIRVC Atlanta. We have told everyone who asks us about our coach (it gets a lot of looks and people stopping by to ask about it - even had a lady in a campground come over & ask if she could take a picture of it because it was "the most beautiful motorhome I've ever seen") contact Angie at NIRVC - you will not be disappointed. We've heard from friends and others we've met along the way back to California horror stories about dealers not living up to promises, only caring about getting the money and then not wanting anything to do with you, etc. Definitely not the case with NIRVC - they have gone out of their way to take care of us - even things that they were not at all responsible for, or had nothing to do with Entegra quality - just stupidity on our part, NIRVC stepped up and helped us out in HUGE ways - very uncommon in this industry. You definitely do not feel like once you pull off the lot you are on your own. I feel like they are all "family". they have given us home phone numbers, cell phone numbers, etc. and stressed to call them anytime and they have called us - just to check and see how everything is going. Definitely worth the trip to Atlanta times 100.
