I lose my A.C. control and get a chassis battery empty warning....re booting just seems to be a temp fix..ugh!

We had a bad slide out switch panel above the door which caused several VT issues. New panel and all was well

We asked NIRVC Atlanta if they could look at our problem. They also agreed to let’s us store our coach in their inside storage if the fix was elusive. No way do we want to risk leaving our coach in Fl for 3 months without reliable AC! They sent their shop Forman, first thing in the morning, to look at the transfer switch and the commication cable from the transfer switch as Vegatouch/ Firefly suggested. As he unplugged the short cable from the bottom of the switch, a wire dropped out of the plug!!! They removed a cable from an in stock unit to gets us on our way. Been working as designed today! Thank you NIRVC, !

I'd be very cautious about changing setting in these screens without specific assistance from Firefly. Too many cryptic and unfathomable labels that if mixed up or selected in error, can cause severe problems.

Nothing cryptic about selecting the model year (the 18s have a selection for 2017 or 2018; I know because I have the 2018 software) or the floor plan. Everyone should do what they're comfortable with, just like with every other suggestion posted on this forum.

How are you finding the 2018 SW? We were going to upgrade during Homecoming and Firefly recommended that we hold off as they had a couple of issues to work out. Don't recall now what the major changes were that would effect our 2017, but one that I do remember was that both toggles for the main and basement doors were on one screen.

We had ours upgraded at Homecoming and it's been stable since then. The '17 and '18 versions are somewhat mixed together in my head so I may not be accurate listing '18 features. Although the changes were fairly minimal, I've always had a weakness for the "latest" software.

Yes, door lock/unlock toggles are together on the home screen. On a couple of screens, the bedroom for instance, the lights and shades are on the same screen. There is an "off" for the theater mode (was this already on the '17s?). There are a few others but we're at home right now so I can't go look through the screens.

For the iPad/iPhone app to mimic the new screens an update to the Crestron software is required. The app still works fine , but the screens aren't an exact match to the wall monitor screens. The update can be done online with Firefly but we're going to wait until our Entegra visit right after Thanksgiving.
