Just got mine. Except it took 45 min on the phone to get someone that actually knew what was going on to get it activated as you cannot do it online. Now, the device isn’t connecting and their customer service sucks. Yippee.

I wonder how much their commission is through that number lol! Good for them though. They do a good job and support their lifestyle through it.

According to other posts I've read that is the only number at AT&T that has reps that are familiar with the plan.

Did you try both numbers? If so, and realizing it's AT&T we're talking about, then I would suggest to keep trying until you hopefully get someone that is familiar with the plan.
I haven't tried it myself as I already have a Mobley, but I know it has worked for others.

I got the Mobley on the first promotion.. unlimited for 20 bucks a month.. about 24 actually after fees and taxes...
Yes... love it... always works.. always strong... Netflix etc.. no problem
My own private internet connection where ever I go...
