2012 Aspire 40 DRQ ?

My local dealer has traded for one with 17000 miles that I have looked at recently. I would be trading a 2014 Tiffin Open Road 36LA. Any obvious things that were issues on this model that I should be aware of? The DRQ isn't my favorite floor plan and we would really miss the half bath in the 36LA but it has certainly raised my interest.

We had a 13 Aspire DEQ. Great coach. We moved to a 16 Anthem 44B and like it even more. The thing I would watch for is if it is a Aspire would be the Goodyear tires. Leave some dollars to move to new Michelins at least on the front of the coach.

Tires are dry rotted to the point that I was nervous test driving it so tires would be job #1. We looked at it again yesterday and found that the bedroom slide opposite the bed had leaked rain water in and wet the carpet while the slide was closed. The dealer assured me that it would be fixed but how long it has leaked and sub floor damage really concerned me.
