Ultratravler those are good questions, the problem is, we can't answer those questions. Only Entegra can.

I picked my coach up in Feb 2012. We don't have orange peel. We've had what I feel is normal new coach issues; they been documented in my posts. Entegra has either a) solved the problems or b) authorized my local shop to solve the problems. Each in a manner that met or exceeded my expectations.

We are first time RV owners and as such, I feel we are far more picky than an owner that has owned multiple rv's. A multiple owner knows what to expect, what's a "normal" issue and what is not.

I disagree with you Bullhead. I don't believe it's a "problem with this site." Any issue to us is an issue considering what we paid. I've been transparent regarding my issues. Most of the owners I talk to are transparent. At least thats my opinion.

I've only told some of my issues.....not my last stop at the factory where they did damages to the coach like fridge doors have dents when they were removed for a problem I didn't know existed, trim damaged around the windows caused while changing fogged windows, damage to paint where they replaced a slide stop rod I didn't know needed to be replaced that led to the bracket on the frame breaking off, windsheild still holding water in the gasket (not an issue if it's not freezing), but people on here call me anal. They are willing to fix these out of warranty but......JUST BRING IT BY. If you are in love with your Entegra .....good for you....I'm not, it's a turd.

I'm sure if I were experiencing the amount of issues you are; my frustration would be different. But since I'm not...well, I'm not.

All I can speak to is our specific experience with Entegra. We've had the coach back to Entegra once. They fixed our issues and some I wasn't aware of. During those repairs I certainly didn't encounter any "new damage" caused by Entegra.

Fortunately for us, we've had a more than positive experience.

BTW, did Entegra leave the "slider latch" on top of your fridge or did they put the newer style latch that is placed on the fridge between the handles?

When they replace the doors in May they will put the new latch on.

That's good to hear. The new latch works well; it's solid and durable...at least IMO.
