Huh? The difference between empty weights and rated capacities tells us how much gear we can take and where we might have to store it. I know where the empty tanks are located and what they would weigh when full. I have a pretty good idea of how much my stuff weighs based on experience with my prior RV. I would be comfortable buying the 2016 Aspire that FreshAir gave the empty weights for based on the indicated available CCC on each axle.

These are judgments every buyer has to make. Doesn't seem that difficult or controversial.

My front end is within 150lbs side to side, that's no problem at all.

I thought I would be over weight since I think we have everything that we may use or maynot use in this coach! Well, Spartan just weighed it for us and we are very good ...
Left front 8380; right front 8090
mid left 7710; right mid 7440
left rear 4860; right rear 4870

They gave us a table to set the air pressures and did that ...and they reset the drive height - so, I'm going to be good to go .....

Lynn & Dan those weights are really great. Hopefully when I load ours we can keep that in mind and equal ours up a tad and get close like your's and Tom & Dee's.
