2014 Aspire Inverter

Was wondering why the outlet near the door did not have any power during our trip today.

I had the inverter on and other 110 outlets in the kitchen area did have power.

When the inverter is on and I am driving down the road -- are there certain outlets that are not powered?

Still learning--- answer does not seem be in the manual.

Curt

Curt, DW says she's not sure whether that outlet is available going down the road...we tend to use the cigarette outlet nodes with USB ports to power and charge iPad and IPhones. just seems to be more portable for us as we use them in the toad when disconnected.

Good question though...heck we've been in the coach for ten months now and keep coming across things like this...I think the inverters have to be driving the refrigerator. Guess we've never had an occasion to use the 110 outlets headed down the road. I've heard of folks running their crockpot, so they ought to work.

check both your ac breakers or for a tripped GFIC. If your batteries are charged and the inverter is on (and not tripped) then you should have ac at your 110 outlets

Not all A/C outlets work off the inverter.

Would be nice to know which 110 outlets are wired to provide power when the inverter is running.

I'd call Entegra CS. They are very helpful.

Check the breaker panel on the right over on the driver's side of the coach. The inverter feeds that right panel only...All circuits are identified on the panel schedule

Unfortunately the panel does not help me identify specific outlets that are powered by the inverter.

No problem I will call CS tomorrow.

We discovered the outlet we plug our bedroom clock in to is not powered by the inverter and the battery time saver on the clock doesn't work.

It's a treasure hunt to find out some of these things!

Both inverter switches need to be on. There are two, the 50Amp circuit also needs to be on. You may want to try resetting all the breakers as they may have tripped and it is not obvious.

Curt,

We found this out too. In our Aspire, not all the outlets work when driving down the road. We have found that the kitchen plugs under the sink and stove work while driving down the road. My daughter charges her phone/ipad; I have the coffee pot brewing and the DW has the crock pot with dinner cooking while we drive.

We have not checked to see of the bathroom or bedroom plugs work as for us, there is no need for AC power in those locations while driving.

Get yourself a little tester and just test the bedroom and kitchen outlets

Fleetwood emails electrical ( 120 and 12 volt ) , plumbing and furnace diagrams to any owner that requests them. I would think Entegra would do the same.
