Looking at 40 ft coaches for fulltiming and was wondering is anyone knew the typical CCC for the 2016 Aspire 38M?

Afraid you may need to call Entegra sales at Middlebury...I don't know a single Entegra forum participant that has the shortest Entegra. I'm sure sales can help you. Or go through a big dealer...they should be able to get the numbers for you.
