2019 Cornerstone Chassis Batteries Bleeding Off

I have had my coach in storage for about a month. It is plugged into 30amp service. I have noticed that my house batteries are charging as needed but the chassis batteries are slowing bleeding down. Right now they show at 11.1v. My house batteries show 13.7v. Is there something I don't have set correctly for the inverters/chargers?

Don,

I had a similar issue with my ‘18. Turned out to be a defective charger manager.

what is a charger manager?
I thought the inverters/charges would automatically charge the chassis batteries
along with the house batteries?

The inverter/charger charges the house batteries.

The alternator charges the chassis batteries.

A device is wired between them that lets either charging system cross charge the others batteries, automatically.
That device has many names ( BIRD, IRD, BIM are just 3 ) but is a charge manager.
