It depends on the wheel rim size. To relate that to our previous 2007 Allegro Bus on a Spartan chassis - it came with 275 tires all around. In 2008 Tiffin had weight issues on the front axle and went to 295 tires. But the 275s came with narrower rims (7.5" if I recall, but don't quote me because it's been a while and my coach is now sold). The 295s required a minimum of 8" rims (again, best recollection of the number) so anyone who wanted/needed to upgrade had to do the rims as well as the tires. In later years Tiffin ran the wider rims all around and 295s weren't a problem.
Actually, I don't see the need for it on the rear axles. 275s are more than adequate to carry the weight on a drive or tag axle with plenty of room to spare. Plus, 275s are more popular in trucks than 295s so it'll be easier for your road service to find a 275 tire if you have a failure while traveling. You might think it's easier to be able to rotate tires if they are all the same but tread wear has never been an issue because they die from old age first and don't need to be rotated.
So, yes, if your rims are wide enough you can do it but I'm not sure that you need to.
