44B Anthem 1/2 Bath Faucet drip

We asked once before with no responses so here goes we will try again...

Our 2018 44B Anthem 1/2 bath faucet cold water handle seems loose now and we get a slow drip out of the faucet even when the cold handle is OFF. Anyone know how we can tighten the handles?

Thank you!

There should be a set screw somewhere on the handle. You'll most likely need an hex wrench to tighten it. As far as the leak goes, turn the water off and take the handle/handles off and remove the stem assemblies. Clean them up and put a little plumbers grease on the o-rings and re-install them.

We have looked tons and see no set screw location but we will keep looking. Thank you for all the help!

Your under warranty! I’d call Entegra CS and explain the situation and what you’ve done and ask them to send a new faucet.

While we were under warranty, I had issues with parts and after working with CS they would ship out a new part. This was done with the understanding that I was doing the repair.

I’m also making the assumption that Entegra still ships replacement parts to the customer for free while under warranty.

Most 2 handle faucets have a cap on top of the handle that pops off to reveal the screw that holds the handle on the stem. That screw can be an allen head or phillips head. Tighten that screw to make the handle tighter on the stem, but that won't fix your drip. For that you need to do what Jeanne said in post 2. Remove that screw and the handle can be removed to get to the valve stem. if you can't get this resolved through CS please post a photo of your 2018 faucet.
