a/c vibration kit?

2 of our 3 a/c's vibrate to a point that they are noisey... Entegra (Dometic) have a vibration kit.. have any of you Anthem owners had this kit installed and if so, has it quieted the a/c?

my #1 and #3 vibrate, and if I press against the interior framing, the vibrating quites. so I'm hoping these kits quiet things down abit.

I don't have the vibration on the A/C's. However that's not to say that possibly Entegra realized it was a known problem and installed the kit on the later models to prevent it, or did something to prevent it.

X2 on this suggestion. Our single roof air was "buzzing". I tried messing with different screws inside the cover, and finally tightened the main mounting screws and success!

they may have added more elastic type mounting foam. they know we as consumers pretty much dont do preventive maintenance like we should.
the biggest cause for a/c unit vibs is a dirty or out of balance primary fan (squirrel cage) the vanes pick up dirt really fast and will set up a buzz, hum, vib pretty quick.

dont know how many hrs are on your unit....but if its been running for a month...i bet the vanes are dirty.

might try a good cleaning before you waste time and money chasing a kit
imo
