Update - OK I tried the Amazing, the Vinegar & Baking Soda and the Barkeepers Friend (in that order). The Bar Keepers Friend did the best job and removed the stains that the others did not. I guess I will keep that with my cleaning supplies for the coach.
This week I have been "detailing" the coach before we put it away for a few months. Another great product that I used was "Gel-Gloss" which is a one step cleaner and polish with carnaumba wax . It did a fabulous job on all the counter tops, sinks and made the toilet shine like a mirror! A GREAT product.

what ever you do don't scrub or use abrasives. We just fill the sink, add chlorox bleach, let it sit for a few hours and comes out looking like factory new. It readily removes the coffee stains

Thanks Dianne, Awesome also let me down on our first stain. I will pick up some Bar Keepers friend tomorrow. Did you use the one with bleach?

No, just the regular "Cleaner & Polish". Also, I had always been a bit reluctant to try it on my cook top until a friend recommended it. Great job on that too (does not scratch).

I use Clorox Spray Clean-Up Bleach, spray it on, let stand and wash out. It works for us.

Baking soda and lemon juice mixed to a thin paste.

By the way BLEACH is not good for the enviroment.
Just fill your sink with water and put in a cup of OXYCLEAN let sit for about 4 hours, swirl and rinse. Got it.

Sorry that is not correct.

"A Risk Assessment Report (RAR) conducted by the European Union on sodium hypochlorite conducted under Regulation EEC 793/93 concluded that this substance [bleach] is safe for the environment in all its current, normal uses.[26] This is due to its high reactivity and instability. Disappearance of hypochlorite is practically immediate in the natural aquatic environment, reaching in a short time concentration as low as 10−22 μg/L or less in all emission scenarios. In addition, it was found that while volatile chlorine species may be relevant in some indoor scenarios, they have negligible impact in open environmental conditions. Further, the role of hypochlorite pollution is assumed as negligible in soils."
