Add TV behind couch?

Hi guys!

I am looking at moving from my current motorhome to an Entegra. Have thought about a brand new Anthem with the 44F floorpan as it is the same as the Tiffin Allegro Bus 45OPP plan that my wife really loves. But now, I am looking at maybe going to a used 2015/16 Cornerstone for about the same money to avoid the steep new coach depreciation.

Problem with the Cornerstone is that we watch a lot of TV in the evenings. All the 2015/16 double vanity floor plans like the 45K, have the TV in a terrible place on an end wall. Has anyone added a 48 inch or bigger TV behind one of the couches so you can sit directly across from it? I would then replace one of the couches with a pair of swivel rocker/recliners or a theater seating couch. Any ideas if it is possible? Also, would you take a 2018 Anthem with all its latest and greatest updates, or go for the used K3 chassis Cornerstone?

I had a televator TV added on the drivers side in place of a recliner chair, and replaced the sofa on the passenger side with a Lambright dual power recliner sofa. This was the best mod ever and revolutionized the comfort and utility of our 2013 Anthem.
