We could have bought An 11 cornerstone for $260,000. But the DW hated the floorplan with the fridge in the hallway. last year they were all but giving the left over Entegra's away. As the year goes on they will get cheaper, especially with the new paint schemes coming out today. That will cheapen up any of the used ones.

I was just browsing Motor Home Specialist and I see they have two 2013 Anthems 42RBQs on sale for 309K so I definitely do see the seller get anywhere close to 300K for a used one.

Meant to say, do not see the seller getting 300K.

Wink

Hmm......if MHS has two Anthem's for $310,000, and if RV Direct will beat an advertised price by $10,000 that would make it $300,000 for a new unit vs. $300,000 for a used one. The choice is obvious!

and that is without bargaining. I have had contact with 2 owners, one an Aspire, one an Anthem, who both got their new units for 34% under MSRP - one from MHS and one from RVDirect.

Well, ............ I, of course, do not have absolute knowledge, BUT, I would be very very surprised that in this tight market and huge order backlog that ANYONE could get 34% off MSRP on a CASH deal. When trades are added to the mix you can not really tell how much you are getting off MSRP. OF COURSE, this is just my opinion. I am sure you can deals in the 32% discount area so 34% is certainly possible, If you want one and can get that deal, better snap it up VERY QUICK.
