All been checked plus drive alignment. The only thing they found was ride height on the front was off 1/2", second time an airbag on the front was loose. Neither corrected the vibration. It's kinda oscillatory so hard to find. DW and techs can't feel it. Maybe my butt is out of balance?

I once had a transitory, slight vibration at a certain speed range. Turned out to be a universal joint that needed grease. Sometimes new universals don't take grease correctly. Might be worthwhile to get someone to hit the joints with a grease gun & make sure all 4 caps purge grease. Also make sure the slip spline is full of grease.

Funny, that was my next wonder...but the drive with the DP is relatively short...guess that doesn't mean it could be out a balance a little as well.

Drive alignment is a big issue which was the first thing checked a long time ago. Grease could be an answer. I know how to run a grease gun, after I confirm the grease type I will arm my gun and go thru the drive system.

Did you contact Entegra first or just take it to the shop?
On your vibration....have the U joints been greased? I could feel ultra slight vibrations if mine would start to get dry. Felt a major vibration when one went out SORRY I didn't see Steve's post, before I made this one, but I second what Steve is saying. I have experienced it as well.

I contacted Entegra and Spartan both times before taking it in. I don't have a problem with how it went, I'm just warning that if people take their coach in to be aligned thinking that Entegra will pay for it they will likely be disappointed. They don't pay for a routine alignment even if it's the first one.

I also asked for an alignment due to what I consider to be wandering steering. Was told by Entegra CS that over about 5000 miles they will not pay as they consider it normal maintenance. I'll have it done (or at least discussed) at Charolette in June.

Sounds reasonable to me as Entegra cannot control how many potholes you may have encountered. If alignment was wrong from the factory it would have shown up well before 5000 miles.
See you in Charlotte.

That's odd. They did mine at 19,000 miles. I waited until we got to Middlebury. Upon reflection that wasn't the best idea because we did some damage to the front tires by waiting that many miles. Entegra told me they would pay for the alignment but wouldn't pay to have the tires shaved (trued) which I totally understand.

I also damaged the front tires on my previous coach by not having the alignement checked. I rotated the front tires to the inside rear of the duels. They wore in fine and never had a problem with them.
