Dairy Guy
I have never seen that interior color combo before with the gray and the plank like flooring. I like it. Nice rig.

Thanks for the comments and advice. We are excited to be taking delivery and have been waiting to join the Entegra family for several years. From walk-thrus at various dealers to the Hershey RV show and finally our plant tour last September it has been a fun and educational process. Thank you all for sharing your knowledge and thoughts. I have to thank Cruzer for if we had not seen his article on the Insignia with photos of the flooring we never would have added it to our coach. It's by far the DW's favorite part!

dairy-guy, CONGRATULATIONS !!
I installed our EZRV repeater in the engine battery compartment up above the DEF tank w/on/off switch so easy access thru DEF door.
PI EMS 50 hard wired on floor behind cord reel with an A/B switch and 1 readout in that bay and 2nd readout in the 1/2 bath electric cabinet. I like the ability to check first when plugging into shore power then as needed upstairs.
We have one genie ( 24 I think ) as tv is not our biggest priority and itnis all we need. Others much more electronically knowledgeable will give you much better advice then I can.
ENJOY and welcome to the Entegra family !

For Direct TV we take our genie from home and plug in under the TV on top of the DVD player. I'm not sure if NIRVC installed the wiring or if it came from the factory but I only need to bring the power cord, everything else is there. We also bring a mini for the BR but hardly use it.
This way you have only one account and one fee. If you want local stations you can call Direct TV to change locations or use your built in TV antenna.

Congratulations Jim & Denise, you are going to love your new home on wheels!
Jim, if you have the optional basement refrg/freezer sugest you immediately set it to 36 and fill it with beer. Failed to do that on last mh and it got used as a damn freezer full of stuff we rarely needed/used.

While our coach came with the exterior cooler the DW is not sure she wants to keep it as she would prefer additional storage space. We will keep our options open! We will be fulltimers as of Oct 1.

With the Residential Refrigerator we haven't needed extra space, except once or twice at the very beginning of our longer trips.

One trip to Yoders meat market and Guggisberg Cheese factory in Shipshewana while at the factory will take care of that.

Both freezers also fill up pretty fast with 15 dozen Rise-N-Roll donuts!

We've been FTer's for 2 1/2 years, first in our 09 Allegro Bus and since Nov. 2015 in our Anthem. We didn't have the basement fridge/freezer in our Bus and decided not to order it in our Anthem as for us it was much more about storage then extra freezer space. Fully realizing the needs of each of us is personal to our own way of doing things we do not miss what we've never had and find the freezer room in the kitchen fridge more then adequate for us.
We also " stock up " on the important items when in Shipshewana and when we return to Mass and are close to the facility we used for our Belted Galloway freezer beef sales.

Thank you all for your comments and guidance. My Progressive EMS HW50C and EEZ TMPS have arrived. Still working on the Direct TV equipment and setup but learning everyday. Hope to take delivery of the coach in the next few weeks. I'm sure once we have the coach we will be reaching out for more knowledge. You folks are a wonderful resource and inspiration. Thanks again!

I can see where fulltimers would want the basement storage area instead of the freezer. Outside of keeping beverages cold for outside consumption and that could be done with a much smaller unit, our freezer is used to "haul" local foods home that we can't get at home. We have great seafood but our steaks taste like swamp cows, so we fill the freezers with mid-west beef. Lobsters from Maine was a bonus as was fresh caught Tuna and Salmon from the west coast.
If I was staying for a season to enjoy them on the spot, there would be no need for a basement freezer and the storage would be a welcomed.
