Anthem vs. Aspire
About to trade my 2014 Anthem. Main reason I originally passed on the Aspire was that I didn’t want to fool with Propane.
Had a sales lady tell me today that Aspire got rid of propane couple years ago and that Aspire and Anthem are same chassis same engine.
Differences, other than price, are no digital dash in Aspire (which I don’t care) and manual blinds in rear of coach. Different trim on bottom of the coaches.
She got me to seriously consider a new Aspire.
Am I missing anything?
Thanks

We looked seriously at the Anthem versus our Aspire. The price difference two model years ago was about $60,000. We looked at the two and came to the conclusion that for us it wasn't worth the extra dollars to get motorized shades, Vega Touch, and larger tires. The 44R that we wanted was not available in the Anthem as well, but even if it had been, we would have stayed with the Aspire. Now they do have the digital dash but that conversion can be made for a few thousand if someone is so inclined.
I hope that helps.

Best way to judge your wants and needs is on Entegra's web site where you can compare what each model has that you "must have". By the time you get to the end of the lists with yes and no answers, the rest should be easy.....open the checkbook.

If you don't want a digital dash or Vega Touch computer control, then the Aspire would be the one. However , we took a look at both, Ted Cook and Nowabeachbum got a hold of us with the pluses...we walked out ordering a Cornerstone.

Save the money. You'll need it for repairs!

The fact that you are comparing the Aspire to the Anthem, tells me
the Aspire will make you happiest
Today's Aspire is much more than your Anthem was.
Good luck,

The 2020 Aspire now comes with the 10” Vega Touch system and “optional?” power locking baggage compartment doors.

One thing not mentioned is that the Anthem has air leveling and Aspire does not.

So what does a aspire have over a classic anthem?
Just curious... do the new aspires have a 12,5 generator?

I get silly everytime I look at the leveling system of a classic vs. a newer Entegra. The 2012 Aspire has the same leveler system as a Cornerstone of the same year. The newer ones are definitely engineered to a price point. There are certainly newer features that are nice on the newer coaches, but Entegra has split the field vs. where they were on Classic coaches.

Personally speaking, I wouldn't trade my 2015 Classic Anthem (with HWH Active Air, and full 10" stainless Cornerstone package from Summit) for a 2020 Cornerstone. Just because they have all these fandangled upgrades, it doesn't make them better. I see them as just more headaches. Just sayin!

Thanks for the reply. Was told today (I think) that all the tires are now the same.

Sales lady said the exact same thing. A 2019-2020 Aspire is more RV than my 2014 Anthem.

No. Aspire has a 10K generator which Entegra told me yesterday is more than enough to run everything on the bus.

Salesman of a 'large volume' Entegra dealership told me this week that they have had to replace 'several' of the digitalized dashes in the new Anthem's
