I had a slow leak on my 16 Anthem while in South Dakota. Nothing on the ground, but found it dried on the left side of engine. Removed floor in rear bath (easy) and found a 3/4 inch tube that ran from top of the engine at a manifold to middle of engine entering the block. Instead of bending tube, they used a mesh material to make the bend needed. The crimp fittings on the mesh were leaking... and I was adding 6-8 oz a day.
I drove to Rocky Mountain Cummins and they replaced the tube. HERE IS THE SCARY PART,.....when I asked to buy some antifreeze to replenish my stock, they brought out non OAT. When I explained OAT, they service writer never heard of it! And they used non compatible antifreeze to refill my coach!! After some internal discussion, it was determined that the amount used was not an immediate issue( in writing) and the system was completely flushed at Cummins Ocala a few weeks later at their expense.
When I picked up my new 18, I was down a little in the glass, when I shared my experience my dealer went to Cummins Albany to get OAT, and showed it to me before adding it...kinda like getting a bottle of wine at dinner ha ha.
