I would contact Joyce at Entegra. When I was at the factory a couple weeks ago, Tadd Jenkins said they had a fix. Sorry I don't remember exactly what it was.

Citrus based tank treatment was all we needed. Horrible before we used, non-existent since. We purchased citrus scented TST RV tank treatment at Walmart. Three generous glugs into the middle bath toilet...odors gone. Same treatment every dump. No odors.

I was told there is a pop up vent under cabinet in mid bath that is causing the problem. On my way to meet with entegra tech this afternoon, I will post his response later today.

Mine is coming from the washing machine closet on the Cornerstone.

That smell is coming from the washer drain as the trap has dried out. We simply add a bottle of water to the drain each time we dump the gray tank or after letting the coach sit for a while.

Ours too, everytime we dump. I snaked a small plastic hose into the drain behind the washer and leave it there. Everytime we dump, we use a turkey baster in the hose to fill the drain back up. I don't understand why dumping empties the trap but it does.

Met with Ted with Entegra today. Re: mid bath odor. On the Cornerstone there are 4 pop up vents, there are issues with the old design not closing off. So he is replacing all with the new type even tho the bath is the only problem. Hope this is the fix. Mine is still in the shop for other things so won't be able to confirm for a couple more weeks. But, Ted showed us how the old ones work and I can see where they would be an issue.

We tried covering the vents with plastic wrap and taping it on but not a great fix. Still reeks something awful. Our new vents our being shipped to us, hopefully we'll get them before next weekend.

Where exactly is the odor coming from? From behind or inside the washer?

I've found that every time I dump the gray tank, the washer drain P trap gets sucked dry. The answer for us has been to add a bottle of water to the trap after dumping. I realize you have run loads while traveling but have you done anything like adding the water after dumping? Not saying this will absolutely work but it might be worth a try. JMHO

I don't see a way to add water to that trap, in fact, I don't see the trap behind the dryer
