Have had numerous problems , but Entegra has taken care of them. I think the important thing is to make sure you get into a very good shop. We were first going to the place where we purchased ours and the service was horrible. Joyce sent us somewhere else in the DFW area and yes, we have still had an occasional problem with the coach, but This shop has actually Fixed it. Right now, we getting ready for a trip and the rear ac unit is out. The mechanic came to our home, checked it out, ordered a new unit, called us to let us know he picked the new one up and will be back in the am to replace. Joyce made all the right calls and I really can't complain about the service. It is frustrating to have problems, but overall I'm satisfied.

My vote is Happy with Entegra. Second one, no real issues. I do a lot of my own work on the coach, from what I finding Entegra builds a solid coach compared to the competition. Will you have problems, sure you will. If you don't get it into a top notch facility to fix it you will get frustrated real quick and you will have more issues. Contact CS, give them a chance to make it right.

Had a leaky door...Entegra fixed it. Other issues...worked with Entegra...fixed. Some new issues...Entegra involved and fixed. And I've had my share of post-delivery things to work.

Am I happy with my coach...absolutely. X2 on Dusty's comment. I also derive great pleasure in folks walking by my coach, complimenting it, asking questions, expressing admiration.

FRN, I hope you give them a chance to work your issue...on the back end is a great coach. Shake your coach out, find the issues like you must do with every coach brand, and fix 'em or get 'em fixed. If you can't get to the factory, call Joyce and her crew...they have a strong trusted network that can work your issue for you.

Could you tell us who the good and bad service providers were in the DFW area? Would like to know. We are happy with who we use now but you never know when key players/things can change.

- Sorry to hear about your challenges

- We are exceptionally pleased with our 2013 Entegra Anthem 44 DLQ. The more we learn about out coach the happier we are about our decision to purchase our coach after a year-long online search and several visits to other manufacturer dealers. Of course past performance does not guarantee future performance. We are very pleased with our coach and very happy with the Entegra customer service.

- Our primary challenge is the lack the opportunities to use our coach as we would like as we are still working

- Only a couple more years and on to retirement and more cruising in our coach on a more regular basis

- I do hope that your challenges are resolved such that you can enjoy the coach in the manner you envisioned when you made the purchase decision!

First off, welcome to the forum! We have a 2013 Anthem 44DLQ and it is a fantastic coach. We've had issues but who doesn't. The key for us is that Joyce and her group in Customer Service has been great and our problems have been quickly taken care of. I had a Tiffin before and after experiencing my Entegra you couldn't get me to go back even if you gave me a Zephry for free.

OK FRN - people have answered your questions so its your turn. Give us some more information like what model do you have and what are the specifics of your problems? Have you spoken to CS and what are they telling you?

We have had several issues with our 2013 coach . This is a very complex machine...Is it perfect....Certainly not....After doing some of the repairs myself ( with advice from Entegra CS ) I am very comfortable with our choice....This is a well designed and built coach and their customer service is outstanding. I agree with the previous judgement, that this is clearly one of the better coachs on the market.... Les

We were originally going to MHSRV in Alvarado (which is the place of purchase). We would take the coach in and nothing was ever fixed which led to a lot of frustration and wondering if we made the wrong decision in our purchase. Joyce sent us to Coach Specialist in Mansfield and life is good again. We deal with Dusty. He keeps customers up to date on what is going on and what is on order. They have been great to do business with. We have recommended them to our friends with other brands of coaches, that were also frustrated with their dealers.

BTY, mechanic arrived this am as promised with the new ac unit. It's up and running and we will be heading out again soon.
