I tested my fluid with a Refractometer and it looked good my reading was -15@46% for propylene glycol. From what I can tell it is like new and I shined a light into the fill tank and saw nothing floating in the fluid. My fluid is green so Im assuming it is Century. I think Ill put this on my list of things the check annually. Thanks for your help.

Can anyone tell me where you would open the lines on a 375 LP to flush the two zones? I would think it would make sense to open the lines just downstream of the two pumps but Zone #1 on the 375 is a real bear to get to.

There should be a 90 degree ball valve on the hose at the bottom of your picture.

Opening that fitting will drain the 5-6 gallons in the main AquaHot unit. There are still two loops that run throughout the coach that contain another 5-6 gallons. To clarify, I want to purge the entire 11-12 gallons from the system to swap from the OEM fluid green to the pink CAMCO fluid. Without opening each of the two loops and forcing the fluid through the lines back into the boiler, approx. 50% of the total capacity of the green fluid would remain in the lines.

I flushed my AH last summer and posted about it if that is what you are asking about.

Thanks...I read thru that thread last weekend and that is what stimulated me to do the same on my 2012 Aspire with the 375LP Aquahot. From the photos you posted it looks like the 400 series has much easier access to the lines on the output side of the pumps. Zone # 1 on the 375 LP is nearly impossible to open the line to flush that loop...no access. I opted to do a 3x distilled water flush thru the boiler. It wasn’t as thorough as your technique but what I have in there now is much better than the OEM 5-6 year old green/brown fluid I replaced. I had it up and running last night and the had great heat in Zones 1 & 3 (furnace) in the coach, great heat in the floor (Zone # 2) and the below deck storage compartments were also nice and cozy. Thanks for your original post. It was a huge help.
