JR, let Entegra get a service out to you while you are under warranty. As large as the RV destination is in Vegas, there has to be some good mobile guys in your area..

Johnny, call John Carrillo at 970-518-3085 or email jcarrillo@aqua-hotservices.com. His website is at John Carrillo RV Hydronic Heating Specialist ~ Heat My RV. He is an Aquahot expert, and he sometimes hangs out in Vegas in the wintertime. If he is not there, he can probably refer you to somebody else.

I just had my annual service done at the ITR USA in Vancouver, WA. With 664 hours on the Oasis (Aquahot) in the last nine months, I had all the filters and the igniter replaced. And boy, the filters were dirty. They also cleaned the insides and cleaned the nozzle and replaced the "O" ring.
I asked and was told that the annual service is recommended if the heater is used often. I paid close attention to what he did and he was very helpful in showing me what to do. I will do the service myself next year.
The service pack was $109 and the labor was $55.

I agree annual service on an oasis it's very simple and straight forward. However this thread is about Aquahot which is not the same and annual maintenance is different

TXBart, I recently replaced the ignition coil and electrodes in my AH after following the trouble shooting guide that I found online. Also, I replaced the fuel nozzle, cleaned the combustion chamber, and changed the fuel filter while I was in there. It's not difficult to perform the annual service if you're somewhat mechanically inclined and have reasonable access to the unit. The hardest part for me was wiggling into the storage bay and performing most of the work on my stomach. Of course your coach access may vary. The service itself is very straight forward and detailed instructions are available online.... both in print and video.
Although it's not a bad job (maybe a couple of hours your first time) if I had a mobile tech nearby that I trusted I'd be tempted to take advantage of his service. However, doing it yourself will give you knowledge of the system that might come in handy down the road. Merry Christmas and Happy Motoring

Chuck I would love to but I guess theres nobody here and im here for 8 more months. BUMMER. I guess I could fly someone in at my own expense seems ridiculous that I would have to, Then what if they say ok its fixed and its not. at this point I might as well buy a new unit and send this one back since I cant get repaired I just don't know anymore kinda at the end of the rope with it.

Johnny, have you talked with any of the people, or at the office there at LV RV Resort and see if they know of a qualified mobile guy that knows AH's? It is hard to believe that AH does not have anybody in an area as large as Vegas. Does Entegra have anybody they use in the area? This is interesting if this happens on the road and we cannot get an AH fixed anywhere.
I found this old post, Entegra had the complete unit changed....maybe something will help http://www.irv2.com/forums/f278/aqua...em-165219.html
Found a list of RV Dealers in Vegas, one of them has to have a qualified AH repair person. They couldn't sell that many RV without being able to repair or replace AH units. I would be on the phone with Joyce and get that thing fixed or replaced https://www.google.com/search?q=RV+D...utf-8&oe=utf-8
I wish I knew more about AH's and could help you troubleshoot it, but they are new to me. I guess the solar shower that hung off the back of my old Winnebago for longer showers wasn't such a bad idea after all.
