2018 Aspire 44 W. Looks like the kitchen slide smashed a heating pipe between slide and stationary wall. Wondering how they will access this. Looks like may have to remove dishwasher. Anyone experience this?
Hoping Orlando RV can help later today or tomorrow. have an appointment with Josam today. Bad drive from N.C. in the wind. Wandering, play in wheel. Reading good things about Josam.

I helped another owner fix his kinked line. You can access it by removing the kitchen drawer, or the cabinet floor under the sink with 4 screws. It's easy to get to and not that hard to fix if it is kinked. Your title said burst line, is it leaking?
Entegra uses all rubber hoses in that area so there is no "smashing" of lines to break, but they can get kinked in that area. Mine had a slight kink where it comes up and turns into the kitchen slide. Pulled on the hose fixed that.

Josam has an excellent rating. If cleared with Entegra first, the alignment on a new coach use to be covered under warranty.

Stopped in Orlando RV to have problem assessed. Tech said they have no parts or fittings to either cap each end or splice a new tube in place. So off we go. Made it to our destination Monday @ 6:30. I commenced on finding the problem. Removed the filler strip to the right of kitchen slide out, cut out bad hydronic pipe, installed a piece of 3/4 ' heater hose (I picked up at Autozone) with hose clamps (Not the constant tension type) Added 2 gal of boiler fluid. Walla. DW happy, we have hot water and showers after 2 1/2 days. Josams was good. Quick service. Tech said the drive wheels were pointing one way, the tag another and the front was off. Drives better now.
