Is it warm enough to run your heat pumps?

Almost every time I had a sudden and unexplained problem involving electricity, it was solved by simply turning off all power to the coach, including using the house batteries disconnect switch. Wait a few minutes and then reconnect the batteries and then plug back into shore power. Hope this helps.

Mitch, are you running electric or burner?

If one Isn’t working, use the other.

One hint to remember, is this unit prioritizes water over heat. In other words, if you’re using hot water in any way, the heater will shut off even though the Aquahot will continue to function. This is something I have to remember every year when someone takes a shower and the coach is cold.

Ensure the faucets at the outside wet bay are turned off.

Nighttime lows will be too cold for heat pumps. Run to WalMart and get 2-3 small space heaters. I like the small ceramic cube systems, they are compact and very effective.

Pull as many slides as possible to reduce the thermal load on any heater.

Ordinarily, I simply run both electric and burner. The unit will self regulate to maintain.

Look inside the Aquahot storage bay and see if you can identify which lights are illuminated on the AH control panel.

Matt, I have the 1 and 3 zones at 70 and the 2 zone at 74

The electric is on.......but I have found that it will not keep up with the in floor demand......I may shut that off and just run the 1 and 3 zone for the heatilators........
No way of getting out of park tonight as I am just here for my daughters b day and we did not tow the toad with us......heading home to Wis on Sunday.......

Mitch, I think you are either a bit low on coolant, or are suffering “lockout” which indicates the need for service.

I just PMd you my number and I’ll stay up if you need help.

That is indicating a fault with the Webasto burner controller.
Could be a bad controller or flame detector or some other fault with the burner control.
Mine got to a point that it had to be replaced.

Low coolant or “lockout”, or a malfunction.

Have you been running the burner or electric?

If your coolant is low, the electric element may take a very long time to warm things up. In weather like yours, I will always run the burner.
