Aqua Hot turns off

My aqua hot will not stay running, turns off after a minute. I have check fluid level, have plenty of fuel, had yearly maintenance done last month, turned off power for a minute. Any thing else I should tray.

Any red lights illuminated on your Aqua Hot status panel when it shuts down?

Can you hear it fire? Is there heat coming out the exhaust pipe before it quits?
The repair manual can be downloaded on the AH site.
My first guess is the sensor on the burner is dirty and not seeing a flame so it shuts off.
Good luck. They can be a turkey to diagnose.

Is it the burner that stays lit for 1 min and then shuts off or does just the fan run and no burner before it shuts down?

Fuel control module. That's what it was when ours showed the same symptoms. It's an $800+ part plus labor. Good luck.

Just fan, no burner............
Have you significant other listen at the unit and when the AH is trying to run see if you can hear the coil buzzing trying to fire..( you may have to remove the cover(s)to hear.)
If no buzz I would suspect that the coil may have gave up.($500 part)
If you can hear the coil buzzing, then it is either the fuel pump or the flame sensor is dirty.(OR,, the eletrodes may need to be re-adjusted)
OR.... the silver (or black) control box has given up..

for reference..

Check the heat status light on the control panel. If it's on the burner should fire, if not on burner won't fire. If the heat status light isn't on either the control thermostat is satisfied or bad.
When you first turn on the diesel burner the fan will run for a short time then shutoff, if control thermostat is satisfied, then burner should come on as needed.
Also if the burner doesn't fire and the heat status light is on check to see if the green light is on in the diesel burner switch.
If there are no red lights on the panel the heat status light is the key. Anytime the thermostat is calling for heat that light will be on if the thermostat is good.
