Wednesday for lunch we had prime rib and meatballs as the main meats. Breakfasts are called continental but they do get fairly extensive. Thursday morning they had a catered breakfast with custom made omelets, bacon, French toast, and on and on. You definitely won't starve there.

Hello again everybody -
Re: Spartan school
Im finding that as I get older (I'm a late bloomer) that going back to school sounds really fun when you are actually INTERESTED in the classes being taught. I wish I would have been this gung ho in college. LOL I can imagine this course literally sets you up with a great foundation of knowledge, which as a newbie, will be a huge plus. Looking forward to this...
Now I can't stop thinking about custom made omelettes.
See y'all soon,
Joey

I just did and put your name down as the person that referred me!

I can't testify to that one way or the other as ours came from CC with the 365's on the front 20,000# axle.

You can join. You don't have to have a coach. Their big twice-a-year convention is for motorhomes only but you can even go to them with a day pass.

Aspire or Anthem
Reminder: you DO get what you pay for....
There is no free lunch or catered meals or free warranties. Such favors are great for customer moral, but never free. Such perks may make for positive brand differentiation, but it all goes to the cost bottom line, which becomes the price when a profit margin is added.
Also, customer-provided labor for replacing parts sent out by the builder are a boost to the profit, or at least lessens the warranty cost to the builder, especially for chronic issues.
Just remember that the price you paid added funds to the perk pool!
In my last J.O.B. all of the awards, bonuses, parties, service anniversary gifts, and customer perks were "in the corporate soup". I know because I counted the beans.
Just the facts, and my view from the saddle.

The more people that pay the same price for a MH with a one year warranty is very beneficial to me. I have less people in front of me trying to schedule factory service. Then again, one would have to purchase a new coach to even have knowledge of that.

Dave, you're absolutely right so I'd comment in the following way, as I don't understand the purpose:
1) Entegra builds a two year warrantee into their marketing and building plan. And I'm sure it costs more warrantee dollars than other coaches, because two years (and on these roads and given the quality of any OEM going into any of these coaches) is going to cost more. That said, plus whatever the perks (and I'm guessing what you are referring to as standard to Entegra and are options with other brands), we have made a conscious decision that Entegra offers more bang for the buck.
2) Yes owners do some of there own warrantee labor, my guess is that happens with all brands, but I GUARANTEE you, if you request mobile or dealer service to do any of these things under warrantee, Entegra will arrange for and pay WITHOUT QUESTION.
As far as how this all contributes to the bonus pool, marketing costs etc etc etc...see 1) above. I would assume it is the same with all brands unless my MBA has become somehow irrelevant.
Just my view from my saddle.
