Even though it is titled B-44, it reads B33 also. I wonder if it is only 33 feet long. Doesn't seem to be 44 feet long.

My first coach was a 34 foot Fleetwood Bounder, if there was anyway you could cram all that much into a 33 foot footprint and still have room to scratch you head, I would downsize in a minute and save a bundle.

Looks like a DEQ that they sacrificed the Eurolounger space for the full bath. JMHO but I'd want more "living space" with the entertainment center.

If this is the new 45 foot DEQ, won't have to worry about upgrading...however, I'll believe the floor plan when they push the first out the door.

It's a 44B. It is a 45' coach and will be on all three models eventually. This is just one floorplan that is being introduced in June. It's sort of a blend of the rear bath RBQ with the front end of the DEQ. It also has the same slide arrangement that the 44U premiered. Note that both curbside slides do not have a large pillar between them. This gives you the effect of a full wall slideout while retaining the structural strength of a traditional floor plan. This is just the latest in an ongoing stream of floorplans that are actively being worked on in engineering.

While its nice to see new floorplans rolling out, I personally do not like this one. I don't like standing in the kitchen and having an unobstructed view into the bedroom. Reminds me of the studio apt I had when I was younger.

I've heard that comment before from others who don't care for the full wall floorplans in other brands. Yet, they sell well so I guess there's a market for both. It means you have to keep the door closed or be really tidy in the bedroom if you have visitors over. On the other hand, it's great foer the extra runway if you are throwing the ball to your 140 lb German Shepherd.

Take your pick-----if you leave the sliding door open on the DLQ you look into the bathroom with the mirror showing you who is in the shower

or on the 44b who is in the bedroom

I guess it just depends on who is where when

P.S. Tom, I liked the idea of raising the seat---think I'll get me a little pillow to sit on

For what it's worth, Tom, I currently have more floorspace than my son has in his apartment in NYC, and my monthly payment with no down payment would be less than his monthly rent for he and his roommates

Oh, to be young and think you're on the top of the world.

On the other hand, when we compare to long ago, DW and I feel like we're in a Manhattan penthouse compared to the barracks room we shared in Korea back in the seventies
