Basement thermostat fuse/power

I bought a new basement heat thermostat like many of you have. What fuse should I pull to take power from existing thermostat before installing new one? 16’ Cornerstone Thanks in advance

Just a thought, if it's the battery powered thermostat, connect the wire then install the batteries. I change thermostats in my commercial building often and have never turned off power to them.

Yes it’s same Honeywell thermostat many have used. It’s battery powered. I guess old one is just mechanical? I guess as long as I keep wires from touching I should be ok?

Done. Best $30 I’ve spent for awhile. You can actually see bay temp, set to a specific temp, and easily turn off and on.

I have one of those for sale. If anyone going to Quartzsite wants it, I can make you a deal. Bought a new coach instead. Really expensive way to fix the problem.

I found this in a previous thread, I believe this is what they are switching too... I'm headed to Lowes/Home Depot to see if they carry it! [ATTACH]189034

That was the one I posted. It’s very easy to install. I got it from Amazon if you can’t find it locally.
