Both Roof AC units don't work???

09Aspire with 2 roof airs. Worked when I parked it a few months ago, now neither work. Checked both 120 volt circuit breakers with volt meter, ok. Checked 12 volt fuse, ok. Have 5 button Duo-Therm comfort control led thermostat. Display works so I know 12 volts present. The heat side works and kicks in the furnace, but no cool or no fan only. There must be a way to jumper at the thermostat or at the a.c. unit to bypass the thermostat to find out what is wrong??? I am guessing that the thermostat side that controls the cooling is bad because the heat works and the odds of both ac's bad all of a sudden and at the same time is remote. Any ideas??? Thanks, Jim

Sounds like no shore/genny power. Furnace works on battery....a/c needs real power.

Jim, the AC system you have is what was in the Travel Supremes. Might find someone on that forum that may have experience with that problem.

Ok, I'll ask the dumb question. How do you do a thermostat reset? Jim

On the older models they had a glass fuse under the front cover that could be removed, shutting off 12v power will sometime reset it, or unplug the thermostat.

To reset the thermostat on my 14 Anthem,
Pull the thermostat fuse in the fuse panel which is located in the bath. Not sure if your 44 has fuse panel in same location.

. Mine didn't have a fuse in the thermostat, only in the 12 volt fuse box above the entry door. To reset the thermostat, it is a combination of pushing and holding certain buttons on the thermostat, Google thermostat reset for the sequence for 4 or 5 button thermostat.
