We want to get our front seats rebuilt cushions etc. We like the color etc, just want to make them more comfortable. Maybe even see if they can make the captain's seat recline like the newer ones do now. Where is a good place to go near the mother ship to get work like this completed?

Any furniture upholstery shop can do that. Here in FL I have a commercial person that does the rebuilding of furniture for restaurants and does outstanding work. Came to my house to to some work on the Travel Supreme.

Both of my front seats are a mess. I am looking for someone in the Dallas area that can take the inner Eco or Faux out, and put in a better material. This material has not held up at all. Di communicate with Flexsteel on the material, and I think they will provide the material, but I have to find and pay to have it done.

Mark, I have seen a car upholster on Hwy 121 business just east of NIRV in Lewisville. I have not had any work done there. Let me know if you go by there

I have an upholstery shop near me but I would have to take the seats to him. How do you get them out?

Four bolts connect the chairs to the floor. Entegra did not use a plug/socket disconnect (like tiffin) so cut the wire close to the butt connectors. Strap the seatbelt and use it to lift the seat and carry it out. The seats are a bit heavy/bulky but it is doable (with 2 people it would be easy)

I asked a restaurants that just had all of their booths redone and they gave me his name. He also does work for the top furniture stores, not the Rooms to Go type.

Thanks for the detail to get them out of the MH. I have a friend that had his Tiffin seats recovered in the DFW area - will also ask him.

The deterioration of the material in my pictures just happened within the last 6 months, and the MFG date on the sticker on the rear bottom of each seat is late 2012. I have communicated with Lisa at Flexsteel, but have not heard back on the material - she was looking for a different material that would match.

I know my friend had new covers sent to him at $500 per cover, and the upholstery guy changed him $500 to change the covers - total was $1500.

We had the same exact issue with out seats. The dark brown center panels just disintegrated. The recovering cost was almost as much as the new replacement chairs so we just purchased new ones.

Smart idea, it would be a good time to upgrade seats before putting that much into upholstering the old ones. My 14 the seats we uncomfortable.

I’ve had some outstanding work done at Infinity upholstery near Nacagdoches. Prices were good, but work done was outstanding. Small shop that does a lot of upholstery in addition to general RV upgrades.
