They have me scheduled Dec 8th. One of the things I am worried about is weather. Especially since we always have mild weather in California. Hopefully no snow and ice by then

Johnny your report confirms my expectation. I am scheduled wk of 20 Oct for my PDI and punch list. Looking forward to the interaction.

Jerry,
It appears you have a 2014 coach.
What made you decide to take your coach in for PDI at the 1 year mark instead of the 2 year mark?
Or do I have the dates wrong?

Curt, you are correct I have 2014 Anthem. I have several issues with chassis particularly with the air system. I have not been very successful with getting issues resolved locally due to waiting for parts and getting correct parts when they are shipped. I would rather invest the time for travel to Middlebury and get all items repaired now rather than deal with further frustration. I still have remainder of warranty and will make an additional trip to Middlebury close to end of warranty to deal with any additional issues that may develop.

Very smart move. I also had air issues the dealer could not repair. Getting it back to Spartan was one of the best things we did. I now have an air system that holds air and does not bleed off in 1.5 hours after the dealer spent a month trying to correct the issues.

Sounds good.
My understanding is that we get one visit to the factory in two years for a PDI.
Are you saying Entegra has indicated you will be able to schedule two visits within the warranty period.

Curt, you can schedule warranty issues at anytime that have not been able to be handled by the dealer (very common), but only one Post Delivery Inspection during the 2 year period. That PDI consists of Entegra going over the entire MH with a fine tooth comb and bringing everything they see up to snuff, plus take care of any issues you would have under warranty at that time.

That is good to know. That would save Entegra a lot of man hours running coaches back to Spartan with chassis problems before delivery. I am sure mine is not the only one that has needed Spartans attention.
