Changing Water pump on 2014 Anthem

I'm in the process of changing out my water pump. I have the new one in hand , just trying to figure out what the technical term is for the quick connector on the existing unit and where to buy a new one. Those that have changed out a water pump on an Entegra should know.

I'm assuming you're replacing it with the same model pump (sureflo)? I had the bottom of my sureflo pump come apart recently while I was traveling. Rather than fight with soldering the harness together, I unscrewed the top of the old pump and screwed it into the new pump with a bit of finesse. Certainly not the most conventional way to replace it, but it's been working just fine.

Spade connectors make it easy to replace the pump if needed.

Unlike some others, I am assuming that you mean that your pump has a plumbing quick connector on either the inflow or outflow lines. If that is what you actually mean, then I have changed water pumps on both my current Anthem and a prior Dynasty. The issue is that neither of them had a "quick disconnect" on the pump. Both simply had black plastic "nuts" which mated with the waterpump intake and outflow "bibs". If we are talking about quick disconnects on water pumps, My guess is that this is something someone added to your coach as I don't think it is standard OEM.

Are you talking about the "pex" fittings? Those can be bought at any home supply store.

I changed out my water pump on a 2014 from the Shurflo to a Flowjet and it came with everything I needed.

If changing to the Shurflow 4048 it's plug and play with the hose connections, just wire it with spade connectors and it's completely plug and play. Never heard back from the OP so I guess he did OK on the change out.
