Chassis batteries empty warning

Just took delivery of our new cornerstone in phx...got to Vegas in 115 degree heat today and the firefly panel indicates chassis batteries are empty...no voltage?...I don't have any tools with me,and have a message into Entegra help line...everything starts ok...gen set, motor, etc...do you think it's a false reading...how can I verify?

Thanks Jeff

Chassis, not house batteries? Do the 2018 models still have the Cummins EC-30 controller? Can you cycle through that to see what the voltage reads for chassis and house batteries?

I was in Phoenix on Thursday for the ball joint recall and they were hard at work detailing a Cornerstone, I assume yours. It's beautiful! Enjoy.
