I just posted that as the site not the actual bolts. I have found another site here: https://www.mcmaster.com/#drilled-bolts/=18fqe5p

I have sent an email to Entegra asking for the size spex and torque values for the bolts for each motor on my Cornerstone. They may be all the same but there might be differences. Once I have the data I will post it.

Seeing the different safety wire configurations could be interesting!

All bolts on three motors were loose. Removed all and applied loctite. Wish I could get to the motor for the vanity slide. Just an observation, the super slide motor bolts were the worst. Three out of four were just about half way out.

I also noticed that some of the bolts that hold the motor mount to the floor were loose. You may want to check them while checking the motor bolts.

Also see Bolts from Aircraft Spruce for a selection of drilled bolts. That was my main supplier back when I needed such things. Looks like I ought to dig up the safety wire pliers - I know exactly the drawer that contains them...

After reading this thread I checked my motor bolts and found ALL of them loose. Some were little more than finger tight. At this point I am not sure whether the bolts have backed out or are being stretched buy torque or movement. The AN bolt/safety wire option would be good if vibration is backing them out. However if it is stretching the bolts, AN bolts are softer and stretch much more ( although they will deform without breaking ).... There is a lot of good information on this site !

Thanks Entegra for the heads up. My '16 Aspire has about one year's use. I checked the front slides since they were easy to get to. Bolts were slightly loose--about one full turn on all 8 (2 slides). 10 minutes total. I may just check next year or sooner to see if they are looser or the same...

I ordered the drill head bolts today. I took two bolts out to check their size - one from the superslide, and one from the bed slide, because they were the easiest to get to. The bolts are 5/16 - 18 and 1" long. here is where I got them - https://www.mcmaster.com/#drilled-bolts/=18gfomg

See the ELECTRIC SLide Motor Bolt thread in the Newmar forum forore info.
Same issue different MH Mfg.
Has sources for drilled or loctite solutions as well as torgue specs.
Also check theounting brackets spme of the Newmars are breaking bracket welds and bending brackets.
Lock washers are not a good solution... better w good flat washers and loctite

If this makes you all feel any better, it's not just Entegra's......on the Travel Supreme it was an annual check even with blue lock tight they didn't stay tight. However with annual checks never had a problem in 12 years.

That's okay for the ones you can get to, but the rear slide motors are extremely difficult to access.

The TS only had 2 slides. The vanity slide is another story on the Entegra. I had one on the TS that was really loose when I first learned of the problem....the slide still worked perfect outside it started making a strange noise.

For the Vanity Slide motor, would "RED" locktite be a better option, after the 1 time you would have to get at it.

50-50 chance of getting the safety wire attached the proper way, what could possibly go wrong!
