We had the in-motion taken off the coach (our dealer had told us it would come-in with "all USA options" (which obviously included the Winegard Trav'ler satellite but when it arrived, it was equipped with the in-motion, which was a deal-breaker until it was resolved)), and doing the changeover, the coax issue came up yet again.
I am finding, by the way, that the training of Direct-TV service reps (phone reps) must now include a module on what a "motorhome" is for all their reps, as most of them even 6 months ago assumed a motorhome was a mobile home, and they now seem to understand why a "motorhome" might be in Ashville on Monday and Greensboro on Wednesday which most failed to comprehend in the past.... (Maybe my 45 minute tirades with Direct reps on these issues was recorded and incorporated into new in-service training modules!)

Now if I could just figure out how to bypass the phone tree hell and just get to a representative who can dial in the local channels for me.
