Commode
I have a 2011 Entegra Aspire. Bath and a half. The rear bath will not flush. It flushes on vacuum. when I hit the flush button water comes in but then there is no action or vacuum to suck it out. if there is a vacuum pump I have no idea where it is. Any suggestion out there. Today is Sunday and I can call entegra tomorrow but would like to get it working today. Any suggestions
Thanks

Here was a post from a few days ago that may be the same problem and fix.

Are the lights on the push buttons on? I have a similar issue and it turns out to be the push button panel has a bad trace on the circuit boar. The board flexes when the button is pushed opening the circuit. I removed mine from the wall while awaiting a new one. That way I can support the back while pushing and no flex. No problems since doing it that way.

I had a similar issue with my mid-ship half bath toilet just the other day. It just stopped flushing and all the breakers and everything seemed fine. I called Entegra and they explained that there is an in-line fuse directly behind the toilet that will overheat if you flush too many times in a row (I was trying to re-fill my tank to add treatment after emptying it). The fuse is in a yellow plastic casing that pulls apart.
Anyway, I know the rear toilet is different than the mid-ship one, so it may be totally unrelated. But the in-line fuse was news to me anyway, so hopefully it may help someone out there.
Good luck!

I know where it is... It is under the toilet (in the back) if you loosen the bolts and move it slightly (CAREFUL) you will see it,, a Mirror may help.

The pump is below the bowl or just behind it in the back of the toilet.. If you move it CAREFULLY away from the wall using a mirror you should be able to see it. Also,, Inspect the pipes to see how much you can move it out in case you need to move it way out.
NOTE: a Cell phone on a "Selfie Stick" can shoot video inside that area making inspection,,, later... On your computer...rather easy.
