i will say the learning curve for the advantium 120 is steep
some foods cook fast on the convection part and not worth a crap just using the speed cook function.

BUT cookies will cook in 1/2 time on the speed cook, whereas biscuits just never get done without a long cook time

i kept my raised tray that fits on the rotation plate and it puts the food up in the AIR and the convection works much better

i cook fries, tots, muffins and scalloped taters with no problems

It's good to know my Samsung is not the only one gone bad. I had a Samsung TV go bad as well. Bad news I told Entegra about it on December 12th and have yet to receive a replacement. Entegra was originally going to have a Samsung repairman come out but when I called Entegra beck two weeks later, they indicated they were sending a new unit (brand not specified). It hasn't made it to me yet although I am not sure how it is going to be installed when I do get it. I am used to having Warranty work done by a service technician. I have had 6 motor homes (this is my first Entegra) in sixteen years and have never been asked to install items myself. Is this standard Entegra procedure???????

No, call Joyce. I had a microwave go out, got a new one and a mobile repair guy put it in. I have had other issues over the last 5 years and Entegra has always been quick with the parts and getting someone to install them. Sounds like you slipped into a crack somewhere along the line. Joyce will take care of you if you call her.

Entegra shipped my new microwave and arranged to have a mobile service install it. The shipping of your microwave might have hit during the Entegra Christmas shut down. They just went back to work today and believe me they are jammed up today. Might give them a call and see if it was shipped before the year end shut down.

We are having issues with our microwave in our 2016 Aspire, it seems to have a mind of its own. We are in our 'shake out" trip and will call NIRVC tomorrow. I'm sure they or Entegra will take care of it.
