i will say the learning curve for the advantium 120 is steep
some foods cook fast on the convection part and not worth a crap just using the speed cook function.
BUT cookies will cook in 1/2 time on the speed cook, whereas biscuits just never get done without a long cook time
i kept my raised tray that fits on the rotation plate and it puts the food up in the AIR and the convection works much better
i cook fries, tots, muffins and scalloped taters with no problems
