Coolant usage Aqua Hot

I just added about 8 ounces of century fluid to the overflow tank. This is the second time I have done do. I can find no leak anywhere. Maybe since the coach is new there were some air pockets in the system. Anybody have any ideas about this situation? I will keep an eye on it. Hopefully it is not an issue. The system works fine. The color has changed a bit and it is lite coffee colored in the clear tube below the storage tank. Odd since the 13 Aspire never changed color as I recall. A Aqua Hot tech told me the color change was normal.

Yes, air pockets are not uncommon. If that is the problem they will work out quickly.

John,

Had to add to ours once in a while the first year. Lately the level in the expansion tank has been consistent.

In 17 months with our AH 450 have not added any fluid - levels at both cold and hot are steady - am seeing some color change as you describe - no problems with function.

How do you add fluid in the reservoir, it's a tight fit to open cap on reservoir.

I bought a small pump with a draw hose and an outlet hose that is hand operated. Works great, bought it on Amazon along with some other stuff so I got free shipping. Think it cost about $8.

Oh btw, watch for loose hose clamps on engine parts and radiator connections don't over tighten them you can always come back and quarter or half turn em. later
