Cornerstone TRW Column Drive

In a recent thread regarding "competition heating up" there were several comments suggesting the Entegra was going to get the Spartan K3 chassis with the column drive. I have contacted the factory and my dealer (who also contacted the factory). There are NO immediate plans to add this to the chassis in the near future. Orders for Cornerstone will have the K3. Of course, that does include the 20,000 IFS. Still a hell of a chassis.

Oops sorry, thanks for getting back on track. I DO have air leveling on my tiffin and I still prefer the hydraulic jacks.

Perhaps Entegra won't say when the K3 will come with the column drive so they don't hurt sales of the present K3's without it. Like you said, a heck of a chassis even without it.

The MO seems to be...tell there is something new when it comes out ...probably for that very reason. My guess is they have a number of Cornerstone Spartan chassis already ordered and built, and until those are gone, you won't see a major change. As others have said, its a heck of a chassis already. All the folks I know talk about how great a ride it is.

I agree with your thinking. I think that Entegra will eventually be putting the Column Drive on the K3 but not until they finish the current inventory. I just hope that the one I have on order for Late March/April delivery is one of the new ones. But if it isn't, I guess I will muddle along somehow...sigh....

If that's muddling, I wish I could upgrade and muddle with you with a K3 chassis
