Correct.
We've had that some type anti-siphon valve in the black tanks rinse in both our 2000 and 2002 DSDP. Had one go bad in the 2000, replaced under warranty. In the 2002 I took it apart, cleaned and lubed it and ti was still working years later. They do go bad, especially the plastic ones.
