Smile Customer Service

My DW and I were recently at the Jayco Service Center for warranty work on our new 13 Anthem 44DLQ and we were most impressed by the care and attention paid to us. Our compliments to the customer service staff and to all the guys in the shop as well!

That, I believe, would not have any answers. Every coach(regardless of manufacturer) has issues of some kind. It's just the nature of the beast. Granted some have more than others.

I think that a thread about anyone who had absolutely no issues whatsoever would be a very, very short thread. And that is regardless of the manufacturer. These beasts are bound to have issues just due to their complexity. What happens after the issues are discovered is the key.

I my case they seem to never end or keep coming back. Last trip back to the factory was a joke. They did so many damages that we are taking it back and they are fixing it (or attempting to) out of warranty.

Boy bull, you have the worst luck, worse than anyone else I know. Hope they get it fixed before your new Essex comes in.

Yep, loved our Travel Supreme also, except for the windows popping out all the time, the frame flexing, the popping air bag, the shower door rollers that were bought in China and pop off, can't be found anywhere etc. BUT, we absolutely did love the coach, even with all of its problems.

In my experience, those who act entitled, treat others with disdain and a lack of respect are the one's who seem spoiled...

No matter how hard some try. There are those out there who are just full of bull****...and they'll never be happy. My opinion of course.
