Suffice it to say, I agree completely that a list of ALL dealers should be posted. It is frustrating and disappointing that has not happened and I agree it is costing sales that no one wants to lose. I think maybe they are listening too much to a few big dealers on this point instead of customers. All just my opinion.
PS-- I do NOT fill out those lead, marketing forms for anyone either.

This site you will find very useful some dealers are missing but you kind find if you search by state if not you can have it added.
I'm sure i'm doing this wrong but I will try.

I think the only thing Entegra is guilty of is running a crappy website........

Thanks everyone.

I did say that I was not criticizing Entegra products, just their marketing strategy.

Smile RonL is correct

No offense taken RonL. Your observations are correct. The dealer list needs to be on the Entegra web site!

I lurked on the Jayco Owner's Forum for months trying to discern where the dealers were located. I visited the Dallas RV Show last September (about 450 mile drive) and walked the entire show lot as well as MHSRV facilities South of Ft Worth to learn the line. A main concern of mine was to learn if there was a field organization to service the coaches as we (DW and me) transition to retirement and eventual full-timing. I got the distinct impression that the factory is the real service point and they will authorize remote warranty repairs in an emergency situation but they do the major portion of the work. That's not acceptable to me. My email to the Entegra Factory Rep cited the point that I was attempting to learn where servicing dealers were located in the USA and Canada. After no response from them I concluded they either did not have a servicing field organization or they didn't think I was a serious buyer.

As a result I turned to the company with which Entegra owners say and write that their coaches compete best. I found that to be Newmar and soon found a dealer network though their on-line web site. I still did four months of traveling and looking at units before I pulled the trigger.

My conclusion is that the Entegra line is a good one though I think Newmar is more flexible in custom building a coach to a buyer's personal requirements.

Entegra needs to decide (1) if they want to pursue a dealer organization and then support them wholeheartedly, or (2) pursue a factory organization that requires factory field service reps to travel and interact with customers and potential buyers. I feel a bit qualified to judge these business models as I spent 25 years marketing, selling and servicing $1 MM aircraft in the manufacturer and dealer networks.

Hope to meet you down the road!

From what I have seen in our tire kicking of Entegra is that they are still somewhat in process. Their dealer network seems to be expanding and they are setting up more authorized service. One that surprised me is that they have set up an authorized service center in Red Bay, Alabama which is where the Tiffin factory is located. The one thing Entegra needs to do is to let everyone know what they have for dealers and service and that seems to be more of a work in progress.

Dealer List

I filled out the form, got an email response about 2 days later. After a few phone calls and increasingly testy emails, they sent me a list. Grudgingly.
Found out there is a dealer in Boise and Sandy Oregon.
I am, demographically, right in Entegras wheelhouse. Male, 55+, retired, 6 figure income.I like virtually everything about Entegra except for their penchant for hiding a dealer list. I also have questions about service and warranty work. The nearest dealer is about 200 miles away, then Boise, then Tucson. I realize that Entegra is selling every thing they build, but they need to expand their dealer network, at least a little bit. IMO.
I am leaning towards Newmar at this point. They have been very forthcoming and very honest. Although, again, the nearest dealer is about 300 miles away.
Decisions, decisions, decisions.

I'm in your same demographic; however, two years away from retirement/purchase/full-timing. I did the Newmar factory & American Coach since they're in the same area. I was more impressed by American Coach; however, with AC switching to the Freightliner chassis, Entegra is a great option and at the top of my list. I just hope they work out their kinks in the next two years prior to my purchase or I may look again at Newmar.
