Dishwasher keeps coming open when traveling

Use the remote, press and hold until you hear a series of three beeps.

Beep.....Beep....Beep-b-beep

Now it's locked. Unlock by pressing the remote once. We keep our remote in the flip open drawer front in front of the sink, pointed at the dishwasher. Part of our pre-flight routine with deflating the bed, clicking the sliding doors into position, and locking the refrigerators.

I have ours set to automatically lock upon closing so we don't forget to lock before traveling. To open it you just press the power button and it unlocks.

DW and I both kept forgetting how to lock the dishwasher door after we have set in storage for 6 months. She wrote the instructions down from the owner manual and taped on the back of the remote.

Thanks. I will try that when I get home. We've been using a Velcro strap.
