Looks like I have the oldest one on here. 2010 Aspire 40SKT. I have put 15,000 miles on it in the last 9 months. Couldn't be happier!

Entegra

Have a 2012 Entegra Aspire 40 DRQ - have only had it a short time but love it so far. Just a lot to learn !! Such as, I was told today Entegra factory is now saying put slides out FIRST, then put levelers down. Hmm, guess I'll call the factory and check that out. What have ya'll been told ?

Yep that's right. Entegra says slides out jacks down, the to leave start engine, jacks up and then slides in.

wow, so many happy owners... we are a bit frustrated with our 2012 42RBQ we purchased back in July 2011. so many fixes, re-fiixes, and more re-fixes. we go out for a few weeks and have to return it to the dealer for parts and fixes. we are currently on a tour of the western parks, been out for over a month, will "again" (4th time in 10 months) take the coach back to the dealer for more fixes and re-fixes (lists have had 10 to 20 items each time).... spartan's part of the coach has operated without problems, but the Entegra part of the coach has had recurring problems from the day we took delivery... we have one more year on the warranty.. hopefully we'll get things taken care of once and for all. I'm beginning to think we got a lemon... frustrating.

Sorry to hear you are having so many problems. When you say "fixes and refixes", can you share some specifics with us?

sure,
latch on passenger seat turn around breaking (4th time)
Diesel burner of aqua-hot not working (electrical problem??)
Nav system has 2009 version (way out dated)
frig locks keep breaking (4th time)
driver side fuel fill spout warped, cap won't seal, leaks when full
a/c's vibrates, pressing them with hand stops vibration
various shades keep unrolling and jamming when extended
both pocket doors need constant re-aligning so they latch
problem with slides seals on front P/S falling off
top seal on d/s front slide detaches

this is part of current issues, the last 3 times the lists were as long and longer and included repeat (re-fix) items.... as mentioned, it's a bit frustrating.

That has to be frustrating. Our fridge latch broke too; Entegra installed the new latch that they are now putting on fridge doors between the handles...PROBLEM SOLVED! I'd highly recommend it.

We haven't experienced the other issues you address. Good luck.

IP5151, sent you a private message, when you get it, shoot me a response. I totally agree, problems are bad enough, but when they are not fixed the first time it is very frustrating.
